Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days worldwide and is completely free. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1–3 day delivery.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number and a live tracking link so you can follow your watch to your door. We ship to over 100 countries; where import duties apply, they're shown transparently at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any unworn watch in its original packaging for a full refund. Returns are free — just reply to your order email and we'll send a prepaid label.
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Prefer a different model? We're happy to arrange a free exchange instead.
Warranty
Every Rovie timepiece is covered by a 2-year international warranty (extended to 3 years on automatic movements). The warranty covers any defect in materials, workmanship, or the movement under normal use.
If anything goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we'll repair or replace your watch free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear to straps and cases.
