Orders ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days worldwide, and express options are available at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your watch is on its way.
Yes — we ship to over 100 countries with free standard shipping on every order. Any customs or import duties, where they apply, are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises later.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn watch for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns are free — we email you a prepaid label and refund you as soon as the watch arrives back with us.
Every Rovie watch comes with a 2-year international warranty (3 years on automatics) covering any manufacturing or movement defect. If something goes wrong, we repair or replace it free of charge.
Water resistance varies by model, from 3 ATM (splash-proof) up to 30 ATM (dive-ready). The exact rating is listed on every product page under Specifications. As a rule, only take dedicated dive models swimming.
Absolutely. All our watches use standard spring-bar lugs, so straps swap out in seconds with a simple tool (included with dress models). We stock leather, steel, and NATO straps in the shop.
